I woke up today to this email sitting in my inbox:

Yes I owe this guy and the rest of you an apology for ending the last one on a cliffhanger then ghosting, but lemme explain what’s happened.

I’m building this thing in real time, and this week we hit a snag.

As I alluded to earlier, injectable peptide therapies like NAD+ and GHK-Cu are not exactly mainstream, completely above-board options at the moment.

(Although I’d like to point out that Ozempic started out in exactly the same situation, and is now considered “mainstream” regardless of your personal opinions about whether it’s a good idea.)

One of the extra headaches this causes is setting up payment processing.

If you’re selling rubber spatulas, you don’t have to think twice about this.

But if you sell certain supplements, now maybe Shopify doesn’t want to host your website. They definitely don’t want to process your payments.

And markets like CBD, injectable peptides, etc are considered even “higher risk” for the payment processors, and require many more hoops be jumped through.

All this to say, we are ironing out multiple wrinkles to the customer experience at the moment, and until that’s squared away I can’t take you any further along this journey.

But I have some great news for you.

Because of the extra layer of difficulty posed by the injectables, we have decided to also create a more conventional oral supplement that should be ~ 70% as effective, and still light years better than anything else currently available.

Formulation is underway. There are some challenges to overcome.

But your mitochondria have never had it so good.

And honestly, getting my hands dirty with the science of creating something truly new and unique is the most fun I’ve had in a long time.

This means that in a few months, both options should be available.
