Ever start working on something ambitious only to have obstacle after obstacle thrown into your path?

The Email Magic ecosystem is more than just the emails you see. I don’t really talk about the front end or back end of this business much…but it’s the secret sauce that makes everything work.

I’d like to double this number once or twice before the end of the year without hiring a bunch of team members or working 80 hours per week.

…and after that problem is solved or situation is dealt with, another “emergency” will inevitably pop up.

It’s important to keep perspective through the ups and downs, or you risk being drowned by the waves.

(Maybe there’s a training I should create about this.)
