(Almost) a million views in 3 days
all organic
I was gonna wait to share until after this hit 1 million, but screw it:

I’m gonna lose my mind if it doesn’t hit 1M
That’s a reel I posted on Instagram 3 days ago.
(Almost) 1 million views in 3 days.
And this isn't just vanity metrics, but is leading to new followers, email subscribers and sales.
The best part is, this isn’t a one-off piece of luck.
I’ve been churning out bangers for months:

bangers inc.
In addition to the Grand Slam reel, I have 2 (almost 3) more with between 100,000 - 500,000 views, and 9 more that are each over 10,000 views.
This is important because the account only has 15,000 total followers, and 2-3k of them were picked up in the last week.
After 6 months of diving headfirst into content creation, I’m starting to feel like I have something to say about it.
Want to hear what that it?
High level, the banger posts are all funny and relatable to my target customer, but offensive and off-putting to everyone else.
But there’s a problem with me showing this to anybody.
I don’t know how to teach the sauce.
It’s my brain, my sense of humor, my experiences and pop culture references…
…can humor be taught?
I’m already hiding and deleting comments from these posts daily from people who just don’t “get it.”
The poor souls with no sense of humor.
And then there’s the people with no internet savvy.
And the people who don’t know what a “meme” is.
Honestly, I’m skeptical that there’s any hope for those types.
But on the other hand…
How would a consistent 100,000 (or 1,000,000) new people every month change your business?
(It’s completely changed this one.)
Maybe it’s my moral obligation to show those who can be shown…
I’m mulling it over, but in the meantime hang tight.
Your friend,
Greg
P.S. I think this is the first email I’ve sent in a month. Apologies to my fans, I’ve needed to plug my brain into this other thing for a bit. And it’s paid off handsomely.
I’ll make it up to you, I promise.
