Last year, I offered to crank up some email flows for some friends of mine.

I worked on them in between other projects, turning them on one at a time over the span of 12 months.

I based the structures on what I see 8 and 9 figure brands doing...

Yesterday, I pulled an aggregate performance report.

$74,702.74 in attributed revenue:

I'm making some tweaks, and with all 4 (plus 1-2 more) running all year, I expect the 2025 attributed revenue to be $200k or more.

Not bad for some automated emails.

Now, I'm thinking about turning this into some sort of product or service for sellers who sell mostly on Shopify.

An email automation level-up that prints money.

You see, these flow templates are super easy to clone into other Klaviyo accounts.

After cloning, the templates need to be updated with brand-specific design, copy, links and offers.

It takes time, but a lot less than building from scratch.

Therefore, I could pull this off without needing to start an agency.

(I should let you know that I hate the agency model for two reasons: 1. No one feels good adding a $5k - $10k monthly expense. 2. I do not want multiple bosses. I avoid the W2 world for a reason.)

In the past, I've only done things like this for myself, close friends, and equity partners.

But I see the need for something like this in the marketplace, not tied to a monthly retainer bleed-out.

So what I'm considering is turning this into a one-time email automation level-up that will blow away whatever you're using now.

And you just pay a one-time fee.

For brands in motion, this will add a measurable cash boost which will compound over time.

And for some folks who can't do an upfront pay-in-full, there would be a "pay as you profit" option where my compensation is tied directly to the performance of what I create for you.

I do not have the details worked out. Honestly, I'd like help doing so.
